The After-School Children’s Club (Houkago Jidou Club) is a place for elementary school students to go when their parents or guardians are not at home after school. If you wish to use the After-School Children’s Club starting from April 2027, please submit an application.

[Eligibility] Elementary school students living in Iga City whose parents/guardians meet any of the following conditions :

• Working during the day and not at home.

• At home during the day but working away from the children.

• Having a long-term illness.

• Constantly nursing or caring for a family member living with them.

[Fees]　8,000 yen per month / per child

※ Additional fees are required for spring, summer, and winter vacations.

[How to Apply]　Please fill out the required information on the application form. You can get the form at each After-School Children’s Club, the Child Policy Division (Kodomo Seisaku-ka), or any branch office (except for the Ueno Branch). Please bring the completed form directly to the club you wish to join.

[Application Period]　From November 2nd to November 30th, on weekdays from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

※ If there are too many applicants, a lottery will be held to select participants.
