Be careful of heat stroke!!
When temperatures and humidity are high, the balance of water and salt in the body is disrupted. Then, when a person is unable to regulate their body temperature, they suffer from heatstroke. Heatstroke can occur not only outside but also inside the home.
[Things to be careful of to prevent heatstroke]
● Eat a balanced diet. Get plenty of rest.
● Drink fluids and frequently, even if you are not thirsty.
● When going outside, wear cool clothing and use an umbrella or hat. Avoid direct sunlight.
● Use an air conditioner or electric fan.
● Do not leave children alone in the car even for a short time. On a sunny day when the temperature outside is 25°C to 27°C, the inside of the car will reach about 60°C in an hour if the windows are closed.
[If someone has heatstroke]
● Move them to a cooler or shady place.
● Let them sleep in loose clothing.
● Cool down the body.
● Take in fluids and salt.
● If there is no response when you call out to them, immediately call an ambulance (dial 119).
